HypeKwik is operated by Techro. Techro, Abba Hushi St. 23, Isfiya, Israel We select products from trusted suppliers and have them shipped to you directly from our partner warehouses.

An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or we suspect fraud — and if we do, you'll be refunded in full.

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Product images are illustrative and actual colour or packaging may vary slightly.

Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our payment provider. You confirm that you're authorised to use the payment method provided.

Delivery times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping page for details, including what happens if a package is lost or late.

Our returns policy (30-day change-of-mind returns with a 15% restocking fee and return postage paid by you; damaged, defective or wrong items replaced or refunded in full when reported with a photo within 7 days of delivery; cancellations within 1 hour of purchase) is set out on the Returns page and forms part of these terms.

Please read and follow the instructions supplied with each product. Products are intended for personal, household use only. Nothing on this site is medical, health or professional advice.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

The HypeKwik name, logo, site design and text are ours. Product images and names may belong to the respective manufacturers.
