This policy explains what HypeKwik collects when you use our site, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because we keep it simple.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, shipping address, email address, phone number, and the items you bought. We need these to ship your order and to contact you about it.
When you browse: standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and a cookie that keeps your cart between pages.
Payment details (card numbers, wallet credentials) are entered directly with our payment provider, Stripe, and never reach our servers.
How we use it
To process and deliver your order, send order confirmations and shipping updates, answer support requests, prevent fraud, and improve the shop.
To measure our advertising. We use the TikTok Pixel, Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, which set cookies and report anonymised events (page views, add-to-cart, purchases) back to those platforms. You can opt out through your browser settings or the ad settings of each platform.
Who we share it with
Our fulfilment partners and carriers, who receive your name, address and phone number so they can deliver your package. Our payment provider (Stripe), so they can process your payment. Our email service, so we can send you order emails. The advertising platforms listed above, for measurement only.
We never sell your personal data, and we don't send marketing emails unless you've opted in.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes (typically 7 years). Browsing data is kept for up to 26 months. You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see below.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (subject to records we must keep by law). Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have additional rights, including the right to know and the right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of data for advertising — we don't sell data, and you can opt out of ad measurement as described above. Children
Our site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect data from children.
