Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus Washington DC. We do not yet ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or US territories.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–12 business days after that, so most orders arrive within about two weeks of purchase. Some items ship from US warehouses and arrive faster; others ship from our partner warehouses overseas.

Every order is tracked. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your package leaves the warehouse, and you can also check status any time on your order page.

Orders over $50 ship free. Below that, shipping is a flat $4.99 per order regardless of how many items you buy.

If you order several products they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You won't be charged extra shipping for split packages.

If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, email us and we'll open a trace with the carrier. If your order still hasn't arrived 40 days after purchase, we send a replacement or refund you in full — your choice.

Please double-check your address at checkout: if a package is returned to the warehouse because the address was incomplete or incorrect, or delivery was refused, we can reship it for the cost of postage or refund the order minus the original shipping and a 15% handling fee.

Prices are in US dollars. We don't charge sales tax at checkout; for the vast majority of orders no duties or fees apply on delivery.
