Yes on orders over $50. Otherwise it's a flat $4.99.

Yes — 30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging (you pay return postage; a 15% restocking fee applies). Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded in full at our cost — just send a photo within 7 days of delivery, no return needed.

Any major credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, through Stripe's secure checkout. No account needed.

Within 1 hour of ordering, yes — email us with your order number. Orders go to the warehouse automatically after that, so later cancellations are handled as returns.
